This strength stems from two of our principals also being lawyers. Consequently, we are especially sensitive to legal issues and skilled at integrating within the client's financial plan the recommendations of the client's estate planning lawyer or other counsel. Our ongoing contact with the client also allows us to remind clients to implement these recommendations and keep the client's lawyer aware of financial or other issues that may bear on the lawyer's services for the client.

For those clients without legal advisors and in need of estate planning or other legal services related to their investment portfolios, real estate or other assets, our affiliation with KUTSCHER HEREFORD JOHNSON PLLC, a separate firm emphasizing these practice areas can be especially helpful.

The two principals that are affiliated with Kutscher Hereford Johnson PLLC are Ted Kutscher and Scott Benner. Ted is involved with estate planning, tax and real estate work and Scott's practice focuses on venture capital and other alternative investments, companies organized as LLCs and personal representation of entrepreneurs and other business owners.
